When One of Our Own Fails
The worst heresies come from home. @jorgitoparrillero has an Argentine name, has a grill… and still messed it up.
The Video of Betrayal
What Went Wrong?
Watch the video and tell me if this looks like a real choripán.

The Name Doesn’t Make the Grill Master
Just because you call yourself “parrillero” doesn’t mean you know how to make choripán.
It’s like:
- Calling yourself “Messi” and playing like Palermo
- Saying you’re a sommelier and drinking Termidor
- Having an Italian surname and making pizza with ketchup
What It SHOULD Be
A proper choripán has:
- ✅ Grilled chorizo on charcoal (NOT gas, NOT oven)
- ✅ Fresh French bread (NOT sliced bread)
- ✅ Homemade chimichurri (NOT mayo, NOT ketchup)
- ✅ Perfect cooking: 15-20 minutes, constantly turning
- ✅ Juice dripping everywhere
Reactions
“Jorgito, you disappointed me bro” - Everyone, probably
“Return the parrillero title” - Carlos, 50, Mataderos
“This is culinary treason” - Mercedes, 38, Boedo
Verdict
Heresy level: 🔥🔥🔥 3/5 fires
He’s Argentine, has a grill, but still failed. That hurts more.
Sentence: Mandatory training course at La Costanera with Don Carlos from El Choricito.
Moral of the Story
No matter your name, your grill, or your TikTok. If you don’t make choripán right, it’s heresy anyway.
Choripán doesn’t forgive. Not even the grill masters.
